In the event of any defects or damage to the product customer can fill the below mentioned form within 24 hours after receiving your product along with the unboxing video. If you face any technical issues while file uploading or any other you can send your query to our mail id – info@ethicaldiamondsco.com. Our team will investigate and respond back right away to find the solution as soon as possible.

If customer doesn’t like the product and want to return and get refund, they also have to fill the form or contact us within 7 days of the delivery arrived. Upon investigation by expert team and acceptance the refund will be initiated. 

Note: Customer should have unboxing video to be eligible for refund, and submit to us by filling the below form. After the team reviews and it is accepted the delivery partner collects the item within 2 days and refund will be credited to customer’s account within 7 days.

We buy back the Jewellery for 80% on diamond value up to 1 Year. The product should be in good condition and share all the required photos and videos upon acceptance further process will be initiated.
