We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders destined for delivery within India. Our commitment is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of your orders in good condition. Presently, we deliver to all cities across India.
For logistical reasons, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, we kindly request you place separate orders accordingly.
We aim to dispatch each item within 7-15 business/ working days from the date of purchase. While this is our standard, there may be instances where it takes more days for shipping due to various reasons. If, by an unlikely chance, we are unable to dispatch your complete order within the stipulated 7 business days, we will inform you of the status of the delivery by mail or call. If the delivery is getting late you can send us an email with details we will cancel the order and initiate a refund.
To ensure your order’s safe delivery, we exclusively entrust reputable courier agencies with our shipments. If upon receipt you find the product damaged or the packaging tampered with, we kindly request refusing acceptance of the package. Note: Recipient needs to keep a photocopy of any of the following nationally approved photo ID proofs handy for receiving the delivery:
- Pan card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Voter identification card
- Postal identification Card (Aadhar)
For security purposes, the courier guy will mandate a recipient’s signature upon delivery.
