For logistical reasons, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, we kindly request you place separate orders accordingly.

We aim to dispatch each item within 7-15 business/ working days from the date of purchase. While this is our standard, there may be instances where it takes more days for shipping due to various reasons. If, by an unlikely chance, we are unable to dispatch your complete order within the stipulated 7 business days, we will inform you of the status of the delivery by mail or call. If the delivery is getting late you can send us an email with details we will cancel the order and initiate a refund.

To ensure your order’s safe delivery, we exclusively entrust reputable courier agencies with our shipments. If upon receipt you find the product damaged or the packaging tampered with, we kindly request refusing acceptance of the package.
